Sustainable change Comes from Within
Fuelled by insight, expertise, passion, and a healthy dose of fun and humor…!

This is me, Dr Gaby Wolferink, the face behind Withinsight.
What you see is what you get.
No pretend, no filters, no photoshop,
(and no make-up!).
Change comes in different shapes, sizes and from many different places. Often, change is inevitable and necessary, on many occasions, it’s an opportunity, and sometimes… sometimes it’s nothing more than a whim, a vanity project, or something done because others are doing it and there’s this fear of being left behind.
As someone who has researched and experienced change of all those kinds from various vantage points, including being a voiceless recipient of instructions that didn’t make sense, I have made it my professional mission to help organisations ‘do’ change with people instead of to people.
Any lasting change has to come from within. It has to start from a place of genuine clarity, guided by human-centred insight, and can only succeed when accepted and carried with confidence and conviction by your employees, or, colleagues as I call them.
I can help you make sense of your organisation’s readiness (and need!) for change, help you listen to and work with your colleagues to make sure change isn’t done ‘to them’, and deliver change & adoption projects of any size that are focused on including everyone, whatever they do at whatever level, and wherever they work from.
I believe in a better world of work for everyone, and I hope I can help you make that a reality.
Some of the ways in which I can help you deliver sustainable change:

Hands-On &
Embedded Workplace Research
…is by far my preferred way of gaining and sharing workplace insights! I don’t want to stand on the sidelines to observe. I want to contribute and learn alongside your colleagues.

Change, Adoption &
Project Management
…can be a fun, engaging, and collaborative process that drives sustainable transformation and growth from within, designed by and for people, and implemented to last.

Interim Management &
Operational Support
…is a great way to combine conducting workplace research with addressing the need to fill an immediate short-term vacancy. Particularly at operational level management.

Gaby is an absolute force of nature. She is passionate about social housing and social policy and was great fun to work with and very knowledgeable.

Can I tempt you for a virtual coffee?
I am the world’s worst saleswoman (especially when it comes to selling myself)…
But I do love a hot drink, a good chat, getting to know people and learning more about what they are doing or trying to do. This means you can safely have a chat with me without me going off on some sales monologue after every other sentence you speak… I promise!
